www.whiteskyconsultancy.co.uk was founded in 2005 by Paul Turner, working with client businesses operating in Europe, Asia Pacific and the USA. 

He is also Professor of Management Practice at Ashcroft International Business School, a Non-Executive Director of Blessing White and a Non-Executive Director on the European Advisory Board of OPI.

In 2003, he joined the Convergys Corporation as Vice President of both EMEA and ASPAC, and became President of Europe, Middle East and Africa, Employee Care - responsible for the HRBPO business across the region. He was previously Group HR Business Director for Lloyds TSB and Vice President of the CIPD. He has extensive experience of HR effectiveness during merger and acquisition activity.

Paul obtained a first degree from the University of East Anglia, a PhD from the University of Sheffield and is a companion of the CIPD. He has written extensively on management subjects and has spoken at conferences in New York, Nashville, Dubai, Paris, Budapest, Bucharest, Geneva, Montreux and Brussels as well as the CIPD national conferences in Harrogate and London. Paul was a speaker at the IBM Thought Leaders Conference in 2007.

The whiteskyconsultancy.co.uk team consists of experienced professionals and is led by Paul Turner who has extensive board level experience in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
